Children

Sunday School is for children 3 years old through 6th grade. It's offered on Sundays at 9:30AM from September through May. Children attend worship with their families and are dismissed from the service to go to their classes.

Holy Growing is a taste of summer camp during the school year for kids in 1st-6th grades! On Wednesday evenings, camp counselors lead kids in reading Bible stories, singing camp songs, playing games and doing crafts.

Vacation Bible School is offered every summer for children 3 years old through 6th grade.

Camp Wapogasset invites second and third graders for a week of Bible Camp near Amery, Wisconsin.

Youth

Confirmation is offered for 7th-9th graders on Wednesday evenings during the school year from 6:30-7:30PM.

Luther Dell Bible Camp offers week-long summer programs for 4th-12th graders.

Summer Mission Trip to Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota gives 9th-12th graders an opportunity to strengthen friendships while living the Gospel by performing service projects.

Nativity Choir is an adult choir open also to 9th-12th graders. The choir meets on Wednesdays from 7:00-8:30PM from September through May.

Adults

Annual Garage Sale takes place every June, and raises money for Holy Nativity's various outreach programs.

Ethnic Bake Sale is an annual WELCA event taking place in November. Scandinavian treats such as LEFSE, sanbakels, pizzelles, krumkake, rosettes and more are prepared at church and are sold with donated baked goods. This is a very fun and popular event that is always well attended!

Game Night is a fun night out once a month for all adults! We meet on the third Friday evening of each month at 7:00pm to play cards, board games and dominoes. Snacks are served--the fellowship is great--please join us!

Habitat for Humanity is an organization that Holy Nativity has been involved with for the past 12 years building many houses in the North Minneapolis and surrounding areas. Thrivent Builds is a building project sponsored by Thrivent Financial and Habitat for Humanity. Holy Nativity has participated in this summer project since 2006 and continues to need volunteers and donations each year.

Men's Breakfast & Bible Study meets the first and third Thursdays of the month at 6:30am. All men are invited to join us for a delicious breakfast and great conversation.

Men's Fishing Trip takes place each summer, and is a weekend of fun, fishing and camaraderie!

Nativity Choir rehearses at 7:00pm on Wednesday evenings during the school year. We sing on several Sundays each month at the 8:30am service.

Pine Ridge Mission/Vision Trip is a weeklong summer trip to the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. The trip includes a service project, Bible studies for the children of the reservation, and a chance to connect with other members of the Holy Nativity family. The trip is open to High School youth (9th grade or older) and adults.

Quilting Group meets the second and fourth Thursdays of the month at 9am to quilt, chat, snack and have fun.

Stitchery Group meets in members' homes at 7:00pm on the last Thursday of each month for a wonderful time of sewing and fellowship.

Women's Lunch meets year-round at various restaurants every Tuesday at 11:30am.

Retreats provide a chance to get away for a weekend a couple of times a year for relaxation, discussion and fun.
